Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Agreement
By using Magic Stroller Rentals Anaheim equipment and making an online booking, you (the "Customer") agree to the terms and conditions of this Rental Equipment Agreement automatically with Magic Stroller Rentals Anaheim ("we," "us," "Company"). Please do not book or cancel your booking if you do not agree.

Use of Equipment

  1. Risk and Responsibility: You use our equipment at your own risk. You are fully responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession. Magic Stroller Rentals Anaheim and/or our employees are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss, including death, resulting from the use of the rented equipment. Read the provided instruction manuals for proper use.

Reservations and Substitutions

  1. Reservation Changes: We may substitute equipment, change delivery dates/times, or cancel your order if the requested equipment and/or dates/times are unavailable. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or pick-up location, or we may cancel your reservation.

Compliance with Laws

  1. Legal Compliance: You must comply with all state and local laws, and the rules of the properties where the equipment is used. This includes traffic laws, parking regulations, and proper stroller use on public transport.

Equipment Loss or Damage

  1. Liability for Damage: You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of rental equipment. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Excessive cleaning may incur a $35 fee.

Return of Equipment

  1. Return all equipment to the original delivery location unless otherwise arranged. Late returns will incur additional rental day charges and a $35 return trip fee if extra trips are required.

Equipment Malfunction

  1. Stop using any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment immediately and contact us. We will attempt to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. Refunds may be given for unused portions of the rental period.

Payment

  1. Rental fees are specified on our website and reservation confirmation. You agree to pay all fees, including rental fees, late fees, and charges for damage or loss. Only credit and debit cards are accepted.

Privacy and Electronic Communication

  • By consenting to SMS communications, your information will only be used for communication with you and never shared with third parties.
  • Types of SMS messages include order updates, delivery notices, and appointment reminders.
  • Reply "STOP" to unsubscribe or "HELP" for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel at least 8 days before the rental start date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 8 days or after delivery are non-refundable.

Loaning Equipment

  • Customers may not loan or sublease equipment without explicit permission. You remain responsible for loss or damage.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Magic Stroller Rentals Anaheim harmless from any claims arising from the use or possession of rented equipment.

Inspection

  • Inspect equipment within 24 hours of receipt and report damages. Equipment remains company property.

Rental Extensions

  • Call 24 hours before your return date to request an extension. Subject to availability.

Out of Battery Mobility Scooters

  • Electric equipment comes with a fully charged battery. A $30 fee applies for battery delivery within 15 miles; $2 per mile beyond.

Late Equipment Return

  • Late returns incur extra rental fees and potential charges for equipment value.

Responsibility for Equipment Condition

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition. Missing chargers or keys incur replacement fees ($100 charger, $50 key).

Driver Use of Equipment

  • Only persons over 18 and not under influence may operate equipment. Notify us immediately of accidents or damage.

Payment Methods

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. No checks.

Future Updates to Terms

  • Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
